Assessment Our therapists are trained to accurately assess function. Based on your specific assess range of motion, muscular strength, movement patterns, and work/sport related movements that may be impacting your life.
Manual Therapy Based on your specific area of complaint, manual therapy techniques will often be applied to relieve muscle tightness, soreness, pain, stress, and more.
Home-care and Education In order to empower you to understand your body better, our therapists provide a homecare plan customised to find long term solutions.
What to bring:
Depending on your goals, assessment may occur before the manual therapy part of the treatment in order to see if there are any differences in movement and feeling in the body after manual therapy. As such it is important to bring a pair of shorts and a shirt that you are comfortable moving in. Alternatively, if your goals are more relaxation based, it is not required that you bring a change of clothes.
