Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a health profession regulated by the CMTBC under BC’s Health Professions Act. Our RMTs are trained to find out and target issues that may be affecting you in your daily life. Massage therapy includes manual techniques that target specific areas and issues to ease muscle pain, reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve mobility, and decrease tension in your body. Common reasons to visit a RMT may include postural strain from work or technology, overuse injuries such as tendonitis, sleeplessness, low back pain, and more.
RMTs at RecoveryRoom are trained to safely provide prenatal massage.
Registered Massage Therapy is covered by many extended health benefit providers.
